Oban is a seaside town situated on the west coast of Scotland overlooking a beautiful sheltered bay and having many attractions for visitors.

Boat trips- superb wildlife cruises, private charter, safari adventures

Kayaking - guided tours in the oban area


Puffin Diving Centre - Situated on the shores at Port Gallanach, with dive sites close by. The centre offers a variety of certified courses.


Falls of Lora - Situated six miles East of Oban. The falls are generated when the tide level in the Firth of Lorn drops below the level of the water in Loch Etive.
Great for kayaking and diving as well as stunning scenery.


Castles - Dunstaffnage, Dunollie, Duart(Isle of Mull)


Isle of Kerrera - Great for walking and cycling


Oban war and Peace Museum -Boast an interesting collection of local memorabilia and photographs


The Scottish Sea Life Centre- Open 7 days a week from mid Feb to Nov (Dec to mid Feb weekend only). Great family day out offering the opportunity to have an up close and personal encounter with a variety of sea life creatures.


Oban Distillery - One of Scotlands oldest sources of malt scotch whisky.


Glencruitten Golf Course - Designed by renowned course architect James Braid, Glencruitten golf course sits on the outskirts of Oban. As well as beautiful plants and shrubs, there are regular sightings of Heron and Deer.
